RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because we stand behind what we make — and we stand by you.

Returns — 10 Days to Decide

We get it — sometimes things don’t fit right, or maybe you changed your mind. No hard feelings. You’ve got 10 daysfrom the delivery date to return most items for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

After 10 days, we may still be able to help — just reach out. We're fair, and we treat people right.

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • No odors, no stains, no signs of wear

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance gear

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Stickers or sticker packs, unless there’s a quality issue

If We Messed Up (or Something Arrived Damaged)

We take pride in our work, but if something shows up damaged or wrong, let us know within 10 days of delivery. Send us an email with your order number and some photos. We’ll make it right — refund, replacement, or store credit — your call.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return comes back and clears inspection, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is our fault, we cover shipping.

  • If it’s a standard return, you cover shipping back to us.

  • We recommend using a trackable service — we can’t refund items that go missing in transit.

  • Original shipping charges aren’t refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem. If we’ve got it in stock, we’ll get it swapped out. You just cover return shipping unless it’s our error.

International Orders

Returns are accepted, but:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping and any customs fees

  • Refunds are issued in USD

  • Shipping and import taxes aren’t refundable

  3. Attach a photo if there’s a defect

  4. We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization
